Level two sex offender indicted on sexual abuse charges
SARATOGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A level two sex offender has been indicted on sexual abuse charges.
According to the Saratoga County District Attorney's office, Aaron Emerson was arrested last year on charges of sexually abusing two women and taking nude photographs of another. Emerson was indicted for criminal sex act, unlawful surveillance and sex abuse.
The DA says all of the incidents happened in the Town of Moreau from January 2012 through July 2012. He is being held at Saratoga County Jail.
