Sex offender arrested for failure to register change of address
WARREN COUNTY, N.Y. -- The Warren County Sheriff's Office arrested a level two sex offender who they said moved without notifying authorities of his new location.
The law requires registered sex offenders to register with law enforcement within 10 days of a change of address.
Robert Ball, 26, who was living in Bakers Mills, was convicted of rape in 2007 He was arrested Tuesday for failure to register change of address and failure to sign and return annual address verification.
He's being held at Warren County Jail.
