ALBANY, N.Y. -- Albany Police are looking for a teen they say hasn't been seen since Monday.

Police say Henderson Simmons, 15, of Lexington Avenue was last seen at his home just before 5 p.m. Monday.

He's described as 6 feet tall, and 165 pounds. Simmons was last seen wearing a black coat, blue jeans, black snow boots, and a tan winter hat.

Police say they are concerned about his safety. Anyone with information is asked to call the Albany Police Detectives Division at 462-8039.
