City Mission has busy night during cold snap
It's a bitter cold morning in the Capital Region. Many of you are waking up to frigid single digit temperatures. The cold weather is especially hard on those with no place to go. Our Megan Cruz is at the Capital City Rescue Mission in Albany with more.
