Man who stole from home as residents slept indicted
LAKE KATRINE, N.Y. -- The Lake Katrine man who police say burglarized a home, with the owners inside sleeping, was indicted by a grand jury. Paul Krusher, 40, is charged with felony burglary.
Police say Krusher was arrested back in November for stealing more than $1,000 worth of property.
