BOSTON -- Another Kennedy will be sworn into office today in Massachusetts. Democrat Joseph Kennedy III is replacing Representative Barney Frank, who is retiring.
Kennedy is the first member of the family to be in Congress since the death of his uncle, Senator Edward Kennedy in 2009, and Representative Patrick Kennedy's retirement in 2011.
Kennedy will take the oath of office on the House floor today. The eight other representatives in the state will also be sworn in, as well as Senators John Kerry and Elizabeth Warren.
