UNITED STATES -- The winter weather is causing a lot of travel problems across the country. There are more than a dozen flights canceled out of Albany International Airport so far Thursday.

Other major airports in cities such as New York City, Chicago, Detroit and Boston are also experiencing cancellations and delays.

If you're traveling, be sure to check the status of your flight before you leave, especially connecting flights at other airports.
