ALBANY, N.Y. -- Pastor Charlie Muller and volunteers from Victory Christian Church spread some joy to the girls at St. Anne's Institute. Around 30 girls received a gift bag Christmas Eve, and staffers say this gesture made their night.

"The bag is like a laundry bag, and it's full of love," said Jeanette Haley, Child Care Worker St. Anne's.

"You know what. We don't put a price tag on it. Every year, I take the price tag off, because we're talking about a young girl who would not receive Christmas," said Rev. Charlie Muller, Victory Christian Church.

Around 60 volunteers turned out to distribute about $5,000 worth of gifts. Pastor Charlie says months of donations and collections go into the annual event.
