Justin Curran arraigned on murder charge
HYDE PARK, N.Y. -- The man accused of killing a Hyde Park woman was arraigned in Hyde Park Town Court Friday night.
Police say Justin Curran, 36, murdered Laurie Ferguson, 67, at her home on Thanksgiving Day. She was found stabbed to death in her mobile park home.
According to the Dutchess County Bureau of Criminal Investigation, Curran was arraigned on murder charges. His case was adjourned until the 27th, because Curran didn't have an attorney.
Curran was taken to Dutchess County Jail without bail.
