NEW YORK STATE -- A seminar on legal issues concerning Superstorm Sandy is scheduled for Tuesday.

The New York State Bar Association is holding the seminar to inform Sandy victims about insurance claims and FEMA funds. Two experienced lawyers from New Orleans with a history of working with major storm victims will lead the discussion .

The workshop will be held in Manhattan, but the association will provide a free webcast for anyone to watch at www.nysba.org.
