TROY, N.Y. -- A heads up to anyone traveling through Troy. Work resumes Saturday on the City Station East project downtown.

From 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., contractors will conduct routine blasting at the site. For about three minutes each hour, traffic will be held on Ferry Street, Congress Street as well as 5th and 6th Avenues as a precautionary measure. The roads, however, are not expected to be closed during this time.

This delayed traffic pattern is expected to continue until Friday, December 21st.
