NEWBURGH, N.Y. -- Newburgh Police are looking for the man they say robbed the Smokes for Less store on Broadway in the city.

Police say the man seen in these surveillance photos came into the store, showed a handgun and demanded money from the clerk. The suspect left the store and ran west on Broadway.

The clerk was the only one in the store at the time and thankfully was not hurt.

The suspect is described as six feet tall, with a navy blue jacket with several paint splatters on it, black pants, black work gloves and a black hat with ear flaps and grey fur.

Police are not saying how much money was taken.
