ALBANY, N.Y. -- An Albany man faces charges for possession of child pornography.

Officers say the man lives in a home that shares an address with a licensed daycare business.

Jose Rodriguez, 46, was arrested following an internet child porn investigation. He's charged with possession of sexual performance by a child.

Police say there is no indication that any of the children who attend the daycare were harmed.
