ALBANY, N.Y. -- Two Albany men have been sentenced for driving through Albany shooting people with a BB gun. According to the Albany County district attorney's office, one victim suffered a permanent eye injury.
Nicholas McGraw, 19, was sentenced to eight years in state prison for first degree attempted assault. Joshua Weldon, 20, was sentenced to five years in state prison for second-degree assault.
