RED HOOK, N.Y. -- State Police arrested a Germantown man who they say stole a puppy from outside a home in Red Hook. They say it happened last Wednesday on Kelly Road.

Raymond Quintero, 60, was arrested for petit larceny and trespass. He'll be back in court later this month.

The dog was returned to its owner.
