ACCORD, N.Y. – A chimney fire leads to a man's arrest after responding officers say they found 18 marijuana plants growing in his home.

New York State Police say the plants were found in 38-year-old Michael Dennin Jr.'s bedroom. He was arraigned on criminal possession of marijuana and unlawful growing of marijuana charges.
