Man arrested for videotaping up women’s skirts
MADISON COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Madison County man has pleaded guilty to trying to videotape up a woman's skirt at an Albany County grocery store.
Back in September, an off-duty officer saw Patrick Kaiser, 54, standing behind a woman with his foot underneath her skirt. The officer said he noticed there was a hole cut in the shoe.
Inside his car, police say they found a pen video camera, which contained several videos of women's undergarments.
Kaiser pleaded guilty to unlawful surveillance as a sexually motivated felony. He faces between two to four years in state prison when sentenced next month.
