SCHENECTADY, N.Y. -- A Boys and Girls Club Senior Program Director accused of raping a teenager did not appear in court on Wednesday.

The Schenectady County District Attorney's Office says that Ralph Moore, 66, was adjourned until February 21st because he hired an attorney.

On Friday, Moore was arraigned on four counts of felony sex crimes and four misdemeanors. He chose not to enter a plea.

Moore was arrested last Thursday afternoon, accused of having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old girl. Court papers reveal that the relationship took place in 2004, but the victim just recently reported it to police.

Moore worked as the club's program director for 15 years.
