SCHENECTADY, N.Y. -- Proctors Theater and some local bands are getting in on the relief effort, putting on a concert tonight to benefit the American Red Cross. It’s part of a continuing effort to help those dealing with the damage from the recent storms and flooding.

All money raised at the show will go directly to the disaster relief fund that assists residents in the Capital Region. To help the cause, everyone involved - from the bands to the stagehands - are volunteering their services.

" There's gonna be a lot of talent on that stage and tickets are only ten dollars which is incredible and to get together for such a good cause, that just makes it that much more special, so we're very excited about it," said Debbie Gabrione, Ten Year Vamp member.

Along with Ten Year Vamp, playing tonight are The Audiostars, The Fighting 86's, Garland Nelson & Soul Session, The Chris Dukes Band, Joe Roy Jackson, and blues legend Ernie Willaims.

The show starts at 6:00 p.m.
