• 30 years with the FBI, most recently as Special Agent in Charge of the Albany Field Office
• Served in the bureau's Inspection Division in Washington, D.C. where he was responsible for conducting reviews of the use of force by FBI Agents for potential civil rights violations
• After 9/11, picked to lead the FBI’s "Mohammad Atta" Investigative Team which fully identified Atta and his co-conspirators
